Beat my group quotation – Israel Tour

If you are considering a group tour of the Holy Land in 2023 / 2024, we may just have the offer you have been looking for.  We will try to (in 99% of cases we can) beat or better any quotation offered by other companies offering Holy Land Tours in 2023 / 2024.

How it works:

1. email us a copy of the quotation you have received from any other company for your group tour
2. Let us know of any special requests your group may have (that may / may not have been included on the original quotation) – Is there anything that your group wants to do that the other company cannot offer you?
   
3. Once we receive your quotation we will begin working on it right away to better the deal you have been offered and reduce the price (where possible without reducing the quality of the tour – in most cases we can reduce prices quite dramatically)
4. We will send you through our offer with no obligation to accept it – what have you got to lose?
5. If you opt for our offer we will then process your booking with us – if not, then you are free to continue with your original quotation / company

IMPORTANT

For us to be able to offer you a quotation the following terms apply:

• At the time of requesting the quotation your group should not have entered into any other contract with any other company (in which you are tied)
• We can only attempt to beat offers which have been obtained from other travel companies.  Proof of the quotation from the travel company is required for us to try to beat the quotation for you. (If you have not obtained any other quotes for your group, please send us details of your plans and we will put one together for you.)
• Minimum group size for groups is: 10 passengers

To offer you a quote we will require from you:

1. A copy of the quotation you have already received from another company
2. The name of the group organiser
3. A contact telephone number (WhatsApp if possible for international clients) with country code
4. A contact email address
5. The number of people in your group
6. The number of children under 12 years of age in your group (sharing with parents)
7. The type of accommodation required (3 star, 4 star, 5 star or hostels)
8. Board basis: (breakfast only, breakfast / evening meal, all meals)
9. The date of your tour
10. Any special requests
