FAQ

Why Choose Elbow Holy Land Tours?

At Elbow Holy Land Tours, we believe your journey to Israel should be more than just a trip; it should be a transformative spiritual experience. Our 12-day Christian tour for Easter 2026 offers:

  • Spirit-Led & Faith-Filled Experiences: Our tours are led by Born-Again Christian guides who prayerfully allow the Holy Spirit to guide our journey. This ensures a dynamic and living encounter with the Lord in His land. We prioritize spiritual revelation and personal blessing, creating a “family of believers” atmosphere.
  • Small Group Sizes (16-30 PAX): Unlike large, rushed tours, our intimate group size fosters genuine connections, ensures personalized attention from your guide, and allows ample time to truly appreciate each sacred site. You won’t feel rushed or get lost in the crowd.
  • Easy-Going Pace: Our meticulously planned itinerary minimizes travel time and maximizes your time at each location. We prioritize a relaxed pace, allowing you to absorb the significance of every biblical site without feeling hurried.
  • Comprehensive & Inclusive: We’ve thought of everything! Your tour includes airport transfers (for the group as a whole), comfortable 4-star accommodation (mostly half-board), all entrance fees, a Galilee boat ride, Masada cable car, Jordan River baptisms (robes & certificates included), and whisper headsets for clear narration.
  • Focus on Encounter, Not Just Sightseeing: While we visit all the significant sites, our primary aim is to facilitate a deeper connection with Jesus. This is not a “religious tour” but a vibrant, faith-filled journey designed to bless and minister to you.

12 Day Christian Israel Tour – Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we get asked about our Multi-day tours of Israel & the Holy Land.

What makes this Christian Israel tour different from others?

Our tours are distinctly Christian-focused and Spirit-led. We prioritize a faith-filled experience, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide our journey, ensuring not just sightseeing but a deeper encounter with the Lord. We also maintain small group sizes (16-30 PAX) for a more personal and unhurried experience.

Is the Petra add-on highly recommended?

The Petra add-on offers a unique opportunity to visit one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. If you have the time and budget, it’s a truly spectacular experience.

What is the group size for this tour?

We limit our group sizes to between 16 and 30 passengers. This allows for a more intimate “family” atmosphere, better access to the guide, and ensures a relaxed pace at each site.

What is included in the tour price?

The tour price includes airport transfers (for group as a whole), 4-star hotel accommodation (mostly half-board), an air-conditioned coach with PA system, a certified Christian tour guide, all entrance fees, a Galilee boat ride, Masada cable car, Jordan River baptisms, and whisper headsets. Flights, lunches, beverages with meals, and tips are not included.

Are meals provided on the tour?

Yes, 11 breakfasts and 10 evening meals are included. Lunches and most beverages with meals are not included, giving you flexibility to choose your own.

Tea / Coffee & Juice will be available at breakfast – Water will be available with evening meal.

Do I need a visa for Israel or Jordan (for the Petra add-on)?

Many nationalities (e.g., USA, UK, Australia) do not require a visa for Israel under the Visa Waiver Program. However, if you do require a visa for Israel and plan to do the Petra add-on, you must apply for a DOUBLE ENTRY visa. We recommend checking your specific country’s requirements well in advance.

As of the 1st January 2025 all visitors to Israel must now obtain an ETA-IL before visiting Israel.  Applications can be made at: https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/

What is the pace of the tour? Will I feel rushed?

Our tours are designed to be “easy-going.” While the itinerary covers many sites, the routing is optimized to reduce travel time, and we ensure ample time at each location for you to absorb its significance and spiritual atmosphere. You will not feel rushed.

What should I budget for tips for the guide and driver?

Customary tips are approximately $3-$5 per day per person for the driver and $5-$7 per day per person for the guide.

What happens if the itinerary changes?

The itinerary is a working guide, and while all listed sites will be visited, the order may be amended due to factors like crowds, traffic conditions, or the leading of the Holy Spirit. Our guides coordinate to optimize your experience.
